Returns and Exchanges

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your card for any item you are not happy with within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship pre-paid and insured back to us after obtaining a return authorisation. BambinOz will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorisation Number written on the return. All returns must also include a proof of purchase receipt from an Authorised BambinOz dealer.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

If you purchased your BambinOz product from a retailer or outlet, simply return the item to the store. Your product can be exchanged or refunded in line with store policy and must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
